Angela Marie (Reuber) Sargeant of Listowel passed away peacefully at Stratford Rotary Hospice on Thursday, February 27, 2025, in her 50th year.
Wife of Jamie Sargeant. Mother of Justin Sargeant of Waterloo, and Hunter Sargeant, and Devon Sargeant, both of Listowel.
Daughter of Paul & Brenda (Stemler) Reuber of Walkerton, and sister of Greg & Lorna Reuber of Kemptville, and Chris & Michele Reuber of Kitchener.
Daughter-in-law of Phil & Helen Sargeant of Pike Lake, and sister-in-law of Karen & Rod Chaulk of Amherstburg, Donnie & Sophia Sargeant of Cambodia, Mike & Heidi Sargeant of Drew, Kathy & Mike Reuber of Walkerton, and Ray & Judy Sargeant of Harriston.
Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Growing up in Harriston, Angela married her childhood sweetheart, Jamie Sargeant and spent the majority of their life together enjoying the community of Hanover, Ontario. She was a loving wife and mother, raising their three sons. This was the greatest blessing and joy of her life. Jamie and Angela would have celebrated 30 years of marriage on March 18th. Angela made friends wherever she went and had many significant friendships that meant the world to her. Her sense of humour and beautiful smile would light up any room. Angela loved music and spent time in her early life teaching piano. Most recently, she excelled as a Norwex consultant and was passionate about educating people on the benefits of healthy home products earning a trip to Hawaii in her first year. Most notably, through her long battle with cancer, Angela’s life radiated the love and faith she had in Jesus Christ.
Visitation will be held at Listowel Pentecostal Church on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., and again on Saturday from 1:30 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Spring interment in Mildmay United Church Cemetery.
Memorial donations to Stratford Rotary Hospice or Listowel Pentecostal Church would be appreciated, and may be made through the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel.
