Andrew “Drew” Keith Knee Obituary
It is with profound sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Andrew Keith Knee “Drew” on Monday January 27th, 2025, at his home in Georgetown Ontario.
Drew was in his 48th year of life. He is survived by his loving brother David Butcher and his loving nephews and niece Beau, Blake, David and Courtney. Loved son of the late Ann Knee (2018) and Brian Knee (2024). Loved brother of the late Johnathan Butcher (2009).
Drew was one of the most non-judgmental people one could ever meet in a lifetime. A person’s past history or issues didn’t matter to him. He exhibited compassion for others and was not afraid to show and/or talk about his feelings. He was a kind, responsible, trustworthy and truly caring person. He was finally happy and content with where his life was heading.
Drew loved his beautiful dog “Bootz”. He was an avid “Habs fan” and loved the hockey world. He enjoyed listening to music, walking his dog Bootz with his special friend Charlene (Charlie) Maskell and watching his favorite tv shows with his brother Dave. He will be sadly missed by all.
Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown ON. 905 877 3631 on Saturday February 22, 2025, from 10 am to 11am. A celebration of Drew`s life will be held in the chapel at 11am. Reception to follow in the Trafalgar room. In lieu of flowers, appreciated memorial contributions can be made to the Georgetown Bread Basket in Drew`s honour. The celebration of life for Drew can be viewed by livestream at www.jonesfuneralhome.co
