It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Allison Guy McIntosh of Clarkville on Thursday January 30, 2025, at the Upper River Valley Hospital after a brief illness at the age of 86.
Allison was born on July 31, 1938, in Clarkville to the late Lorne and Emma (Hallett) McIntosh.
He is survived by his son Brent (Vesta) McIntosh and daughter Melodie McIntosh, grandchildren, Dieter (Melanie Leblanc), Bryton, Bryce (Chantel), Kristia (Wesley Brine), Great grandchildren, Sophie & Harper, Violet, sister Lorrianne Harland) Cook, Phyllis (Gary) Spencer, brother-in-law Beverley Parlee, Nieces and Nephews.
Besides his parents, Allison was predeceased by his wife Marion in 2023, and granddaughter Saphira, and sister Linda Parlee.
Visitation will be held on Sunday February 2, 2025, at Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville NB from 5 to 8PM.
Funeral Service will be held on Monday February 3, 2025, at 2PM from the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will be at the Lindsay Cemetery in the spring.
If so desired, donations can be made to the Lindsay Cemetery Fund.
