It is with great sadness that the family of the late Alex Marshall announce his passing at his residence, Gander, NL on Wednesday January 15, 2025 at the age of 35. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his mother: Elizabeth Marshall, Conne River, NL; father: Carl Rose, Harbour Breton, NL; grandmother: Ann Marshall, Conne River, NL, furry friend: Nova; brothers: Ron Rose (Shannon), Grand Prairie, AB, Parker Rose, Harbour Breton, NL; sister: Georgia Rose, Harbour Breton, NL; aunts: Josephine (Brian Kendell), Ottawa, ON, Leah (Leon Willcott), St. Alban’s, NL, Audrey Parsons, St. John’s, NL; uncle: George Marshall (Sandra), Churchill Falls, NL; special friends: Gus Stride, Conne River, NL & Duane Brushett, Head of Bay d’espoir, NL, as well as a large circle of other cousins, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his grandfather: Victor Marshall; uncle Ron Rose. There will be an open house at Gus Stride’s residence on Sunday January 19, 2025 from 1-4pm. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes’ Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban’s.
