Knorr, Abner M
Passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at the age of 76 years.
Beloved husband of Ellen (Martin) Knorr. Father of Aaron (Theresa), Lydia Ann (Samuel) Weber, Verna (Laverne) Brubacher, Orvie (Crystal), Luella (Lloyd) Martin, and Mary (Daniel) Martin. Grandfather of 36 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Survived by siblings Ermina (Laverne) Martin, Amos (Lena) Knorr, Minerva (Irvon) Weber, Clarence (Edna) Knorr, and Esther (Ishmael) Martin.
Predeceased by parents Isaac and Sarah Knorr, and brother David in infancy.
Visitation will be held at the home, 3099 Arthur St. N., Elmira, on Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. and 3-6 p.m., and on Sunday, March 23, 2025 from 2-5 p.m. Family service will take place at the home on Monday, March 24, 2025 at 9 a.m., then to North Woolwich Mennonite Meeting House for burial and public service.
