Obituary of Abe Fehr
Fehr, Abe of Aylmer passed away at the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. He was 74 years old. Beloved husband of Margareta(Falk) Fehr. Dear father of Frank Fehr(Mary), Abe Fehr(Annie), Ernie Fehr(Ann), Anna Odorico(Dave) and Susie Dyck(Willy). Loving grandfather to Lisa(Willie), Karin(Peter), Marianne(Abe), Jamie, Amy, Crystal(Billy), Michael(Emily), Abigail(Luis), Joe(Amy), Melissa(Michael), Dana, Abe, Shayla, Jordan(Ashley), Danny(Susi) and Stephanie(Franky). He will also be missed by 20 great-grandchildren. Brother of Cornelius Fehr(late Maria), Peter Fehr(Susana), Jacob Fehr(Aganetha), Henry Fehr(Katharina), Helena Wiebe(Peter), Anna Unrau(Cornelius) and Maria Neufeld(Peter). Step-brother of Johan Fehr(Katharina), Peter Fehr(Anna), Jacob Fehr(Katharina), Abram Fehr(Maria), Franz Fehr(Helena), Anna Klassen(late Isaak), and Agatha Sawatzky(Peter). He will be missed by a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Johan Fehr(late Eva) and step-sisters Margaretha Guenther(late Aron). Born in Chihuahua, Mexico on April 15, 1951, son of the late Abraham and Anna(Friesen) Fehr. Visitation will be held at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday from 5:00-8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Bradley Street Church of God, Aylmer on Friday, August 22, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
