July 21, 1937 – September 25, 2025
Passed away peacefully at Forest Heights Long Term Care on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at the age of 88 years.
Beloved husband of the late Sue Morrison (2003). Loving father of Rob (Monica), and Clare Hurley (Ryan) Morrison. Cherished grandfather of Jenette and Thomas Morrison; and great-grandfather of Damien Hawco. Survived by his brother Bruce (Shirlianne) of Sault St. Marie, his niece Cheryl (Jason) McKittrick, nephew Chris Morrison, and his great-nieces and nephews. Neil will be dearly missed by his close friend Barbara Berry and her family.
Predeceased by his sons Jamie and Tim, and parents Angus and Abigail Morrison.
Neil was the longtime purchasing manager of Uniroyal/Lanxess Chemical in Elmira for over 35 years.
A special thank you to the team at Forest Heights Long Term Care for their care and compassion of Dad during his stay.
Cremation has taken place.
A graveside service will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 11, 2025 in Elmira Union Cemetery, Elmira. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Diabetes Canada would be appreciated and may be made through the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira.
