Patt passed away peacefully at the Centre d’hébergement de Vallée-de-la-Lièvre in Gatineau on Sunday, July 27, 2025, in her 80th year. Beloved wife and best friend of the late Glenn Pearson Wiggins. Loving mother of Stephanie Wiggins (Scott Mulder) and deeply missed and loved by her grandchildren Kieran and Brendan. Survived by her sisters Mamie and Joan, and remembered by her nieces and nephews Rodger, Brian, Elizabeth, John, Sara, Sharon, Nina, Shona, Barbra, Lisa, Kurt, Tony, Rosalind, Boyd, Karen, Brent, Linda, Stephen and Paul who all have fond and loving memories of aunt Patt. Also lovingly remembered by lifelong friend Judy Young. Predeceased by her parents Stephen and Annie Pearl Stratton (née Arnold), her sisters Sadie, Lizzie and Josephine, and brothers Jack, Dawson and George.
A Graveside Service will be held at Wilton Cemetery on Friday, August 15 at 2:30 pm. For those desiring and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Fondation Santé Papineau, the Canadian National Institute for the Blind, or any charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
