At Prince County Hospital, Summerside, surrounded by her
loved ones, on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 of Etta Mabel MacKendrick of Tyne
Valley aged 72. Etta was born on March 10, 1953, daughter of the late
Cecil and Thelma (Yeo) Noye.
Cherished mom to Shannon (Christine), Shawn (Bethany) and
Shauna. Loving grammy to Triton, Josie, Keira, Kalem, Katlyn and
Matteo. Dear sister to Heather (Darrell) Enman, Nelson Noye and Corey
(Madison) Noye.
Etta is also survived by the father of her children, Mike
MacKendrick along with her sisters and brothers in law, Shirley Noye,
Doug MacKendrick (Jean Stewart), Marilyn (Gary) Arsenault, Ronnie
(Donna) MacKendrick, Joanne MacKendrick-Pinkham, Kathy Ellis and
numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, brother Chester, mother
and father in law Allan and Doris MacKendrick, brothers in law Steven
Ellis, Art MacKendrick and Robert Pinkham.
Resting at the Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel with
visiting hours on Wednesday, June 4, 12:00 – 1:45pm followed by the
Funeral at 2pm. Interment to follow in the Victoria West Peoples
Cemetery.
