It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Michele Mezzacappa on April 10th, surrounded by his loving family. Michele was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, whose unwavering love and dedication to his family will be cherished forever.
Michele leaves behind his beloved wife of 50 years, Anna Maria Palladini. His children, Dino (Mary), Lia (Anthony) and his four grandchildren, Michael, Sofia, Eva, and Alessandro, who will forever carry his memory in their hearts. He also leaves to mourn his siblings Donato (Gemella), Mario (Rosa), Titino (Filomena), Salvatore (Palmina), Maria Concetta (Michele) and the late Enrico (Amalia) as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Michele’s passion for culinary cuisine will be remembered by all, especially those who were lucky enough to share his table.
The family will receive condolences on Tuesday, April 15 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday, April 16 from 10 a.m. at the Urgel Bourgie Funeral home in LaSalle, 1275 Avenue Dollard, 514 735-2025. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, April 16 at 1 p.m. at the Madre Dei Christiani Church, 935 Rue Lefebvre, LaSalle, QC H8N 1H5
