He was predeceased by his
Parents, Fred and Catherine Hook
Siblings Mary, Sylvia, Irene, Bill, Alec, Joe, Lawrence, Ted and Pete
His First Wife, Ellen Hook
A Family Service for Jerry was conducted form Creech’s Lakeland Funeral Home, Vermilion on Saturday February 22, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. with Father Ben Obetta officiating.
Interrment took place in St. Andrew’s Cemetery
