Margaret was born to Arthur and Ida Buschau in the town of Plumas Manitoba. She had two sisters, Beverly and Joan.
Margaret married John (Jack) Sladek and together they enkindled a family of six through the years. They started out on a small farm with Sherri being the first born, followed by John, Lisa, and Scott.
Margaret and Jack moved to Winnipeg where they created the foundation of their family for many decades to come.
Margaret, for the most part, was a homemaker and a pillar that held the family together. She worked hard, tirelessly, doing her best to ensure everyone’s needs were met and they were cared for. Margret loved her family and did her best in an always turbulent world.
Margaret loved to grow plants. She has a fondness for all flora and was able to grow anything she put her mind to. Later she fell in love with the arts. She had a natural raw talent to draw and paint. Even in her last years she was found to be using various mediums to paint, draw or color many works.
Margaret was a devout woman of God.
May He love and keep her, Jack and Sherri who preceded her into Heaven, safe.
