Christopher Kelly Charles Hearn, 51, of Winnipeg, died January 2, 2025, at St. Boniface Hospital after a short illness. He was born on November 28, 1973, to Brian Hearn and Brenda Hearn (nee Erven) in Thunder Bay.
He studied broadcasting at Confederation College and worked in radio first in Thunder Bay and then Edmonton. An avid and curious traveler, he visited many countries and lived in Turkey and Qatar before settling in Winnipeg. He loved photography, music, and writing.
With former spouse Elyssa Warkentin, he had two children, Fritz Charles and Watson Gerhard. Above all, he was a dedicated and loving father.
Chris is survived by his parents, children, sister Lisa (James), and nephews Zane and Tave.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in Chris’s honour to a charity of your choosing.
A Celebration of Life will be held at The Westfort Chapel on Saturday February 15, 2025, at 11:00am, with Suzanne Quirion officiating.
