Passed away peacefully, on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Grey Gables Long Term Care at the age of 86.
Beloved husband of Colleen Crowe (nee Clements) for 61 years.
Dear father of James Crowe and Jeannine Crowe (Dave).
Dear grandfather of Skye and Bee.
Dear brother of Alma Strode.
Bill was a gifted Ornamental Plasterer and he and Colleen owned and operated Cee Crowe Construction Ltd. for 40 years. He also enjoyed the outdoors; fishing, and hunting and the cottage on Lake Huron. He and Colleen spent many winters in Florida where he spent all his time surf fishing. He was proud to serve as the Poppy Chair for the Lion’s Head Legion for several years.
Predeceased by sister Marlene Singleton and brother Donald Crowe.
Private Cremation has taken place.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Huntington Society of Canada and Food Bank of Waterloo Region would be appreciated by the family (cards may be placed by calling the Henry Walser Funeral Home 519-749-8467).
