Briand Michel (Mike) : Died peacefully at home on Sunday, april 9, 2023 at the age of 67. Beloved husband of Janice (nee Baker); survived by his mother Jacqueline, brother Peter (Lynn); predeceased by his father Jean. He will be sadly missed by his uncle Bob (Claudette), cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and his beloved dogs. In keeping with his wishes there will be no visitations or service. Thank you to family, friends, the CLSC de Saint-Polycarpe and hospital Suroit Oncology Department for all their loving support and comfort given. If so desired, an in-memoriam donation to the West or Montreal SPCA would be greatly appreciated. Mike was such a talented wood worker, and no doubt, he is probably busy building a new stairway to heaven.

Époux bien-aimé de Janice (née Baker); il laisse dans le deuil sa mère Jacqueline, son frère Peter (Lynn); prédécédé par son père Jean. Il manquera beaucoup à son oncle Bob (Claudette), cousins, nièces, neveux, amis et ses chiens bien-aimés. Conformément à ses souhaits, il n’y aura pas de visites ou de service. Merci à la famille, aux amis, au CLSC de Saint-Polycarpe et au service d’oncologie de l’hôpital Suroit pour tout leur soutien affectueux et le réconfort apporté. Si vous le désirez, un don en mémoire à la SPCA de l’Ouest ou de Montréal serait grandement apprécié. Mike était un travailleur du bois si talentueux, et sans aucun doute, il est probablement occupé à construire un nouvel escalier vers le paradis.
