It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Linda Conway on January 3, 2023 after a short battle with cancer.
Linda is predeceased by her parents, Kevin and Deena.
She leaves behind brothers, Pat (Shannon) and Kevin; sister, Noreen (Rod); nieces, Casey (Julian), Kimmy (Taylor), Bre (Blake, Lux, Liv), Spence, Quinn and Chantelle.
Linda deeply loved great-niece, Zoe and will be missed by swimming buddy, Eden.
Linda was born in Penticton, moved to North Vancouver to begin high school then worked for the RBC as well as the family Chevron business. After most family members had moved back to Penticton, Linda returned too and worked for the RBC until she retired. Always the avid traveller, Linda had many adventures with her best friends, Sharen, Bill and Pam.
Linda enjoyed gardening, reading, snowshoeing, swimming and dancing. Linda always said she had the happiest childhood, the greatest teen years and the best family & friends!
We are grateful for the superior support of Dr. Gans and the staff at Penticton Regional Hospital and at Moog and Friends Hospice House.
Linda summed up the last few weeks as “The worst road trip ever!”
