Joseph John Gallagher (Joseph) John Gallagher passed away at Huntsville District Memorial Hospital, on Wednesday, December 14, 2023, in his 80th year. John was born on January 16, 1944 to Joseph and Rose Gallagher of Mississauga, Ontario. Husband for 58 years to Joanne (Crawford) Gallagher. He is survived by his 2 sons; Stephen (Micki) and Rob (Michelle), grandfather to Jacob, Dylan, Teaghan and Rhett. John will be missed by his siblings; Barb (Bill) and Betty (Bob). John was District Fire Chief in Etobicoke, Ontario for 35 years. Business owner of Barrie Radiator. Retired to Huntsville and worked his remaining years for Peerless Securities, then the LCBO. John was a volunteer firefighter here in Huntsville for 10 years and enjoyed woodworking and carpentry in his spare time. A gathering of family and friends will happen at a later date.
