VANDERHEYDEN, Shirley May
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Shirley VanderHeyden on Wednesday, October 9th, 2024, in her 65th year. Cherished daughter of the late Fred Farley and Amelia Hill. Survived by loving spouse and best friend, Stacy Hill. Beloved mother of Chris VanderHeyden (Tracy) and the late Jason VanderHeyden. Shirley was the proud grandmother of her beautiful grandchildren: Ethan, Brooke, William and McKenzie. Predeceased by siblings Charlie Hill and Albert Hill and survived by siblings Joan Hill, and Fred Hill (Shirley). Shirley will be dearly missed by her many nieces and nephews.
Shirley will always remain etched in the hearts of her loved ones.
Arrangements entrusted to RUSHNELL FUNERAL HOMES – BELLEVILLE, (80 Highland Ave .613-968-5588). To honour Shirley’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday November 15th, 2024 at the Elks Lodge (21 Elks St, Prince Edward, ON K0K 2T0) from 5:00pm – 12:00am.
