Obituary of Kent Amos
Allison “Kent” Amos passed away at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, Fredericton, NB on Monday, October 23, 2023 after a brief illness.
Born on April 7, 1958 in New Bandon, NB, he was the son of the late Annie (Reid) and Cecil Amos.
Survived by his brother, Errol Amos of Quispamsis, NB; sisters, Cheryl O’Donnell (Brian) of Fredericton, NB and Ivy Campbell of Shediac, NB; aunt, Muriel Cowie of the Central NB Nursing Home; uncle, Leslie (Eileen) Amos of Doaktown, NB; cousin, Corinne Cowie of New Bandon, NB. He is also survived by nieces Barb Campbell, Erica O’Donnell, Jennifer O’Donnell and nephew, Mike (Kelly) O’Donnell; special friends, Vernon LeBlanc, Jen Furrow, Barry Kirkbride, Maxine Nye and Irvine Lyons.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother-in-law, Tom Campbell, niece, Lynn Campbell and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
There will be no visitation or service. For those who wish, donations may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice in Kent’s memory. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
