Obituary of Lisa-Marie Tew
Lisa-Marie Tew, previously of Red Deer, Alberta, passed away in her home in High Level, Alberta, on October 4, 2023. She was born in Kingston, Ontario, the middle daughter of three children on November 17, 1982.
She is survived by her mother Jean Smiley of Killam, Alberta; her father Cecil Jack Tew of Redditt, Ontario; sisters Desirae Bailie of Harrison Hot Springs, BC and Melissa Tew of Edmonton, Alberta; stepfather Terry Smiley of
Killam, Alberta and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Lisa-Marie had a real passion for learning and for children. She became a teacher and excelled in the math’s and sciences. Her passion of teaching brought her to High Level, Alberta, where she touched the hearts and lives of many in a short time.
Her love was animals especially her cat Pearl. Her hobbies were music, ceramics, art, beading, board games, video games to name a few, but the best for her was snowboarding.
Lisa Marie was loved by many and will truly be missed by everyone’s life she touched.
