It is with the most profound sadness that we announce her passing on shabbat, Friday, February 3, 2023, at the age of seventy-five. Beloved wife, and life partner of her bashert Harvey for over 56 years. Devoted, loving, selfless mother and mother-in-law of Robert and Aviva and Carrie and Robbie. Dedicated, adoring, proud and affectionate Bubby of Koby, Mika, Simon, Sadie, and Sasha. Cherished sister and sister in-law and best friend of Linda and the late Sonny, Allan and Linda and the late Marvin. Supportive daughter of Estelle (the late Saul Werbitt). Precious niece of Seymore and Patty and Coney and Vicky. Bryna will be deeply mourned by her nieces, nephews, cousins, close friends, and all those whose lives she touched. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and staff at the MUHC. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, February 6 at 12:00 pm. Burial at the B’nai Brith Section, Kehal Israel Cemetery, D.D.O. Shiva at the Or Shalom Synagogue 96 rue Fredmir, D.D.O. from 2:00-4:00 pm and 7:00-9:00 pm. Donations in her memory may be made to the Israel Cancer Research Fund (514) 481-2723.
