van Haarlem, Peter Jo –
August 8, 1962 – September 3, 2022.
With great sadness, the family of Peter announce his sudden and untimely death
at his home in Deseronto (formerly of Wellington/Picton).
Preceded in death by his parents – Laura and Peter van Haarlem, brother Charlie and niece Angela.
Survived by loving companion Delores Middleton, sons Justin and Michael, grandson/best friend Jaden and family,
brothers Gerry (Donna), Ron (Kim), Paul (Janice) Michael (Lorie) sister-in-law Jessie, Joe and Pat van Haarlem
and many nephews and nieces, cousins and friends.
Special thanks to Al and Carol for their support over the years.
Visitation to take place at the
Ainsworth Funeral Home, 288 Noxon Avenue, Wellington
on Thursday, September 8th from 6-8 p.m.
Peter’s passion was sports (in particular the Toronto Maple Leafs),
in memory of Peter, please wear your sports memorabilia.
Interment ashes will take place on Saturday, September 24th at 1 p.m.
at the Wellington Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.
