Valerie Bessie Louise, (1962-2022), passed away suddenly on Friday, September 23, 2022, surrounded by her daughters Jennifer and Ashley, and husband Dave.
Predeceased by her mother, Winnie Rowe (King), Father, Walter Rowsell and stepfather Ralph Rowe.
Left to mourn, her husband, David Mercer, daughters; Jennifer Mercer, Ashley Mercer, brothers Chris Rowsell (Maria), Ontario), sister; Wanda Lewis (Mike), (Ontario), mother in law Eileen Mercer and father in law Jim Mercer (GFW), brother in law Wayne Mercer (Shirley) (Grand Falls), Jim Mercer (Michelle) Ottawa, sister in law Darlene Davidge (Derrick), English Harbour West, along with a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and a close circle of friends.
A private Celebration of Life service will be held at The Salvation Par Street Citadel Church Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, on Thursday, September 29, 2022, at 11 am and will be live-streamed. Interment Service to be determined at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the local SPCA.
