Obituary
Rich was born in Unity, Saskatchewan to parents Frank and Madeleine Lauinger. He enjoyed muscle cars and drag racing. Rich had his favorite sport teams for football and hockey – Saskatchewan Rough Riders and the Toronto Maple Leafs. His most enjoyable times were socializing with the boys over a game of poker; spending time with Marj, enjoying his nieces and nephews and the great-nieces and great- nephews, as well as his friends.
He is lovingly remembered by his sweetheart Marj Smith; brother David (Lynn); and sister-in-law Linda Lauinger; his nieces and nephews Wayne Lauinger (Susan), Kerry Lauinger (Jeff Rausch), Matthew Lauinger (Hayley), Julia Lauinger (Angela); his great-nieces and great-nephews Talia Lauinger, Wyatt McAllister, Kash McAllister, Isabelle Lauinger, and Nolan Lauinger. Rich was predeceased by his parents Frank and Madeleine Lauinger, and his brother Robert Lauinger.
