Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Richard Nalesnik announces his passing. Richard passed away in the Grey Nuns Hospital on August 4th, 2022 at the age of 74.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years Arlene; sons, Bradley, and Chad (Krystal); grandchildren: Brock, Cole and MaKenna; and a very special niece that was part of his life: Melissa (Gunnar) and her children Kali, Leila and Nash; siblings Violet (Nick), Tim (Bonnie) and brother-in-law Larry; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
He was predeceased by parents: William and Annie Nalesnik; and sister Rosalie Willsie.
He will be greatly missed by the NEZ Hockey Club and lake community as well as many others.
A Service will be held at Athabasca Community Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Monday August 15th, 2022, with interment to follow at the New Pine Creek Cemetery.
