Raymond G. Flynn
1954 – 2022
Raymond Gerard Flynn of Miramichi, passed away at his residence on December 21, 2022, at the age of 68.
Born in Chatham, New Brunswick, on December 8, 1954, he was the son of the late Raymond Sr. and Augusta (King) Flynn. He was a Construction Worker by trade and attended St. Michael’s Basilica.
Raymond is survived by four sisters: Mary Lourdes (Sterling) and Kathleen Stevens (Marcel) all of Moncton, Gertrude Lynch (Jack) and Elaine Morrison (Terry) all of Miramichi; three brothers: Arnold Flynn (Valerie) and Reggie Flynn (Pat) all of Miramichi and Leo Flynn (Jean) of Lacombe, AB; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents.
At the request of the family, there will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held in St. Michael’s Cemetery later in the spring of 2023.
The family would like to thank Dr. Gerard Losier, Dr. Salem in Moncton, and Extra Mural Staff for everything they did for Raymond. The family would also like to thank Raymond’s neighbors and friends who brought him food and were willing to help in any way when he was sick. Your kindness and compassion will never be forgotten.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
