Obituary of Norman George Watkins
Norman George Watkins
With his family by his side, Norman passed away unexpectedly on August 29th, 2022 at the age of 75.
Much loved husband and best friend of Rose (nee Crane). Adoring dad to Sandra Heal (David) and Deborah Watkins (Patrick Wood). Cherished grandpa to his beloved Dana. Dear brother of Gerald Watkins (the late Rose), Thelma Fudge (the late Ben), Lloyd Watkins (Lorraine) and Eunice Carroll (Leonard). Norman was predeceased by his brother Peter and survived by his sister-in-law Carolyn. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews and friends.
Norman was an expert woodworker; he and Rose created many beautiful pieces that they lovingly sold. Norman was the type of person who loved to talk, enjoyed everyone’s company and was a genuine nice guy. You were only a stranger to Norman once! He took great pride in his beautiful gardens and was proud of how they bloomed each year. Norman was very handy and could fix just about anything. As much as he enjoyed working with his hands, his true joy was found in his family, his beloved girls were everything to him and they will all miss him immensely.
A Private Service will be held at Mount Lawn Memorial Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville. Memorial Donations may be made to The Heart & Stroke Foundation or World Vision.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Norman
