Mae’s Obituary
Marion “Mae” Clark, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2022 at home at the age of 84. She was born on August 23, 1938 in Glasgow, Scotland to the late Hughina (McGowan) and Andrew Keith.
Mae had many jobs over the years, besides being a loving mother. She worked as a Forklift driver at Michelin Tire and #5 Base in Moncton, N.B. Once retired, she enjoyed travelling with her husband and best friend, Joan
Rodriguez. Immediate and extended family were important to her and her generous spirit. She was an outgoing, exuberant personality with a sense of humour and very active in the community of Tatamagouche. She was involved with the Hospital Auxiliary, Rebecca Lodge, Legion and Octoberfest Committee as well as volunteering for fundraising with the Cancer Society and Heart and Stroke Foundation. Surviving are daughters, Ina (Fraser) Chabassol, Westville, MaryAnn Clark, Oxford as well as Linda (Maurice) Arsenault, Moncton, N.B; grandchildren, Rob (Natasha) Chabassol, Kelly (Robin) Harper, Tom (Stephanie) Arsenault, Angela (Gaël) Cyr, Andrew (Heather Reinsborough) Arsenault and great grandchildren; Kaiden and Eli Olsansky. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Tom Clark; son Allan Robert Clark as well as her sisters, Elizabeth Graziano, Margaret Martin and brother, Jim McGowan.

Visitation will be held Sunday, October 23 from 1pm until time of Funeral Service at 2pm, both in Coulter’s Funeral Home, Tatamagouche with Rev. Connie McNamara officiating. Reception will follow. Interment will take place at a later date in Christ Anglican Cemetery, Stellarton.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Palliative Care or to the Red Cross.
