Lloyd Joseph Craig Swampy Sr.

Born July 16, 1964 – Passed August 22, 2022
It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of our dear husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather Lloyd Swampy Sr. Lloyd is survived by his loving wife of 37 years Winona, His children Farrell (Peggy), Jeanine, Lloyd Jr. (Amanda), Chelsea, Cecily and Stephan (Ashley). His adoptive children Brendon, and Daniel. He held all of his 25 grandchildren special to his heart, with one great grandchild (king). His mother Margret (Pete), uncle Wilfred (Pung), aunt Bernice, and siblings Linda, Kelvin, Trevor, Mark, Brenda (Rob), Florence and Violet.
Lloyd was predeceased by his Father Steven Raven and in-laws Wilfred and Isabel Kent and his siblings Kevin, Theresa, Cecilia and Steve Jr.
A wake will be held starting August 24, 2022 at 4 p.m. and August 25, 2022, ending at 9 p.m. at his Mother Margaret’s home on the north shore road, Lot 1417.
Reverend Nancy and Richard Bruyere to officiate at Margaret home on August 24, 2022. Earl Dano to conduct Celebration of Life on Saturday, August 27, 2022.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Stewart, Lee Courchene, Adrian Swampy, Brandon Bell, Jordan Kent, Jesse Kent, Jimmy Van and Barry Swampy.
Honorary pallbearers will be Farrell, Lloyd Jr, Stephan, Brendon, Tony, Ethan, Shaynen, Jordan, Roman, Raven and Abel.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 3 p.m. at the Eternal Grace Funeral Home located at 10-1111 Logan Ave, Winnipeg, MB.
We would like to thank all our friends and family who supported and held prayers during Lloyds illness and fight with diabetes.
