The passing of Lisa Lorraine Pardy of Fredericton, NB, wife of the late Frederick Bruce Oliver, occurred on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on April 27, 1965 in Halifax, NS, she was the daughter of Morgan Thomas Pardy and Ruth (MacLeod).
In addition to her parents, Lisa is survived by her siblings, Cory Pardy (Paula Moore) of Mount Pearl, NL and Shannon Pardy of Garnish, NL; brothers in law, Brian Oliver (Maria), Michael Oliver (Shelia), Eric Oliver (Joanne) and Ian Oliver and their families; also survived by her extended family and friends.
In addition to her family and friends, her two cats at home – Panda and Oolie – were very important to her. She took great joy from her work with the Province, as she knew she was making a difference in other people’s lives.
In keeping with Lisa’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service at this time. Interment will take place in the Salvation Army Cemetery, Garnish, NL at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fredericton SPCA. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
