In memory of Linda “Lindy” Jacobsen (nee Johnston), loving partner of Randy Booth. Linda “Lindy” Jacobsen passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 31st, 2022. Daughter of Edward (Ted) Johnston and Dorothy Johnston nee Marshall. Mother of Carey Chisholm (Carolina) and Lee Chisholm. Sisters Laurie Henderson (Jamie), Chris Switzer (Steve), Jani Mark and step sisters Debbie Murphy (Brian) and Cathy Henry (Jay). Step mother of Jeffrey Jacobsen and Jennifer (Jacobsen) Manning. Will be dearly missed by her grandchildren Savanah, Christian, Kathryn, Joy, Thomas, Michael, Jimena and Alec. Lindy was a very passionate person who loved to travel and enjoyed spending time exploring the world with family and friends. She loved spending time at home with her dogs Lola and Shylock and with partner Randy drinking wine and bird watching. Lindy enjoyed horses and most recently volunteered at Hope Haven Therapeutic Riding Centre in Markdale Ontario. Plans will be decided at a later date regarding a Celebration of Life / Memorial service.
