Unexpectedly at home with his Wife by his side on Friday November 25, 2022. Jim Reading, of Paris, in his 74th year. Beloved Husband of Rosemary (nee Gowdy) for 52 years. Loving Dad of Carrie (Fred) Melnyk and Clint (Krista) Reading. Cherished Papa of Susannah (Nathan) Friesen, Mariah Phipps (Marko), Maxdan Boers and Sophie Reading. Brother of Roger Reading. Predeceased by his parents Ray & Elaine and brothers Larry and Al Reading.
Friends & Family will be received at the Keith Ovington Funeral Home, 134 King Street, Burford on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Thursday December 1, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations in Jim’s memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice.
