January 28, 1959 – November 1, 2022
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our cherished brother Jim, who passed away suddenly on the morning of November 1, 2022 at the age of 63. Jim was born in Shawville, Quebec, to the late Lawrence and Elaine Russett (nee Carty). Cherished brother to Barry (Marie), Joan (Chuck) and Bill (Delfina). Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews Stephen, Christopher, Jennifer, Abby, Melanie, Jamie and Travis. Jim was a long time dedicated employee of the Pontiac Hospital.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 2 pm at Maple Grove Cemetery, Shawville, Quebec. There will be no reception at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Pontiac Community Hospital Foundation.
