Moncton, NB – Brian Moore, 72, passed away suddenly at the Moncton Hospital on Monday, October 17th, 2022.
Born and educated in Sydney, Nova Scotia, he was the son of the late Anne and Harry Moore. He was a dedicated uncle to Jessica and Joseph McLeod who they looked upon as a father figure.
He is survived by his siblings: Terry Moore (Patricia) of Riverview, Gerard Moore (Fran) of Glace Bay, NS, Leonie Griffin (George) of Moncton and his youngest sister, Marlene Moore who he tucked close under his wing since returning from Ontario after a long career with Ontario government.
He is also survived by nieces Lisa, Sarah, Innis and Shelly; his nephews: Adam, David and Rick. He also leaves behind his faithful companion, his rescue dog JD.
Brian was predeceased by his youngest brother: Barry Moore (Lois) of Riverview in 2020.
Cremation will take place and there will be no visiting or service, as was Brian’s request.
