On Wednesday, October 21, Jean Greta Simmons, a loving partner and mother, passed away at age 71, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa Hospital. An avid traveller, Jean worked as a P.S.W. for 15 years. Born in Greens Harbour Newfoundland, to Parents William Simmons and Clara Simmons/Drover. Jean is survived by Husband Frank, her Son Tony/Anna from Vancouver. Predeceased by Son Sean, Sister Mona/Tim, Brothers Graham/Shirley and Bram, Survived by Brother Ellis/Gladas, Brother-in-law Robert/Flo. Donations can be made to The Cancer Society or to The Kidney Foundation.
