In Celebration of
Elizabeth Leblanc
September 22, 1956 –
March 17, 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Elizabeth “Betty” Leblanc on March 17th 2022 at the age of 65. Betty was predeceased by her father Leonidas. She leaves behind to mourn her spouse of 47 years, Maurice and their children: Marc (Caty-Ann), Eric (Melanie), Matthew (Rency). She will be greatly missed by her mother Audrey, sisters Anita (Pierre), Esther and her grand-children (Keven, Aurely, Gabryel-Alexandre, Edward), along with many other family members and friends.
Betty was a fighter and an eternal optimist to the end. Throughout many years she had to battle Multiple Sclerosis, being in and out of hospitals. But she would always be smiling, happy to be with family, and always seeing the positive in people and situations. She always wanted to do for others. She volunteered her time to youth hockey for many years when her health permitted. She always tried to give back.
Please join us to celebrate her life on Sunday April 3rd, 2022. Condolences from 2 to 4 pm followed by a service in the chapel at 4 pm at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex, 1297 Chemin de la Forêt, Outremont, QC, H2V 2P9.
A burial will be held at a later date with immediate family present.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the MS society can be made in her memory. mssociety.ca/
