It is with great sadness that the family of Dorothy (Dodi) Elaine Brown (née Watson) announce her passing on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at the age of 70 years. She passed away peacefully with her family by her side. She was born on July 11, 1952, to Evelyn and Lorne Watson. Dorothy attended Bethune School until Grade 10 and then Lumsden High where she graduated in 1970. She received her B.Ed. from the University of Regina in 1979.
Dorothy was predeceased by her mother, Evelyn; her father, Lorne; and her beloved brother Gil. She said she looked forward to meeting her old friends who left this world before her. Dorothy is survived by her loving husband Ross of 39 years; daughter Christine (Naiem); son Michael (Karla); stepson Robin (Rose); and grandchildren, Ruby and Ashley, who were the joy of her life. Dorothy always said that she was placed on this earth to be a mother and she delighted in her children and their achievements.
