Deborah Elizabeth Mae Foster (formerly Foster-Stahle)
It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of Deborah Foster (formerly Foster-Stahle) in the country of Georgia on Thursday, October 13. Deborah was in her 54th year. She is survived by her parents, Bruce and Pat Foster who live in Carlisle and previously in Campbellville, brothers Glen (Tracey) and Scott, nephews Mitchell, Michael and Steven, and her former husband of 26 years, Kurt Stahle. Deborah has multiple aunts, uncles, and cousins throughout Ontario.
In 2007 Deborah purchased the Central Ontario franchise of the networking organization “BNI”, owning it for 13 years, and she and Kurt moved to the Barrie area in 2009. Deborah was passionate about helping local business owners to succeed, and BNI offered an ideal vehicle for doing so.
In 2017 Deborah followed another dream of hers and opened OfficeInc! in Barrie, a rental office suites and meeting room facility, with a commercial kitchen. Dogged determination kept the business afloat during the COVID 19 pandemic.
And in 2022 Deborah followed another dream of hers, and that was to travel overseas and to help and educate prepared food providers in Georgia to provide properly prepared and safe meals for public consumption using a commercial kitchen such as she had established at OfficeInc!.
Deborah lived her life with passion, enthusiasm, determination and vision. She loved dogs, photography and sailing. She is greatly missed by her family.
Friends may visit with the family at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG at 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown on Saturday, November 5, 2022 from 10 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 11 a.m. A reception will follow in the Family Centre. Urn ennichement to take place at Carlisle Cemetery after the reception. If you are so motivated, please consider a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society or to your favourite charity, in her name.
