David Thomas Frantz 2022

October 8, 1949 – October 7, 2022
Dave passed away peacefully after a brief battle with cancer at Toronto General Hospital on Friday October, 7, 2022 at the age of 72 years, beloved husband and best friend of Donna Frantz. Proud and loving father of TK and Bo. Dear brother of Ken Frantz, Ruth and her husband Bob Peters, brother-in-law of John and his wife Val Philip, and Cheryl Philip. Cherished uncle of Peter and his wife Jibby Frantz, Jack Philip and Vasko Philip. Dave’s motto was Love, Laughter and Music. He loved to spend time with his family and friends, he was always game for a round of golf, a good cigar, a fine bourbon, a funny story or live music. If given the chance he would be on the drums playing along. In his quiet time he and Donna would be at their house with the dogs, practicing his drive off the roof top tee box, enjoying the view of the pond and the serenity they had created together.
The family will receive their friends at Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen St. S. (Hwy. 50) Bolton (905-857-2213) on Wednesday, October 19 from 5-8 o’clock.
Memorial service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, October 20 at one o’clock.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that those that are able instead make a donation to Princess Margaret Hospital.
