Clifford (Cliff) Andres
Our family is sad to announce that Cliff passed away on November 12, 2022, at the Hospice at Glengarda after a hard-fought battle with cancer.
Clifford James Andres was the son of Isaac and Mary (Enns) born on October 26, 1963, the youngest of six children. He lived his childhood on the family farm not far from Eyebrow SK. Attending school in Eyebrow, Herbert, and graduating from RJC. Cliff met and married the love of his life Gisele in 1985 and together had 3 children: Cody, Josh, and Renee. He was an electrician for 35 years with most of his career working for All Star Electric. His favourite past times were camping, visiting most of the SK Provincial Parks, woodworking, cooking, and traveling. He loved music, always having his favourite tunes on in the background either at home or at the campsite, and attended many concerts. He had many talents when it came to cooking, either in the kitchen, or using the BBQ or smoker. Cliff was a kind and hardworking man; he was always available to provide a helping hand. He was also known to have a calm presence and was a true family man, spending his time with immediate and extended family.
Left to mourn is Gisele, his loving wife of 37 years; sons, Cody (Lucky) and Josh (Rose); daughter, Renee (Remi); 4 granddaughters, Jessica, Stephanie, Ivy and Hana; his sisters, Shirley (Ernie), Anita and Elaine (Dan); brothers, Ed and Albert (Sue); Gisele’s parents, Gerry and Diana; her brothers, Mike (Nicole), Claude (Joann) and Colin (Chris); many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many more. Predeceased by his parents; brother-in-law, Reg; sister-in-law, Janet; and nephew, Justin.
A Memorial service will be held at Saskatoon Funeral Home, Saturday, November 19, 2022, at 9:00 am with a time to gather to follow. For those that are not able to attend, a link will be provided to watch a live stream of the service at www.saskatoonfuneralhome.com In lieu of flowers a donation in Cliff’s memory may be made by visiting sphfoundation.org please choose Hospice at Glengarda in the drop-down menu.
