Obituary of Charles Edward Milton Duffield
DUFFIELD, Charles Edward Milton.
Passed away suddenly at his residence on Friday, October 7, 2022. Survived by his beloved wife Charmaine Duffield (nee Baer), his sister Diane Duffield, his step brother Michael Bean (Maryann), niece Alison Duffield (George), nephew Glenn Duffield (Jodie) & several other nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Allen & Esther, brother John, stepsisters Martha Brown, Sally Seibert & Diane Bean. His life was filled with family, friends and his passion for boating, fishing, cottage & camping. He worked for St. Clair Paint in sales and was an Assistant Manager in Toronto, Star Custom Cabinets in Kitchener, Plastic Extrusion in Kitchener, Olsen Real Estate, Onward Cluthe Hardware Products and then for the Waterloo Region District School Board for the last 13 years at Kitchener-Waterloo Collegiate & Vocational School.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street S., Waterloo on Saturday, October 15, 2022 from 12pm-2pm. A Celebration of Life will follow in the chapel of the funeral home at 2pm. A reception will be held in the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home.
In memory of Charles, donations to St. Mary’s General Hospital Foundation, Grand River Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home www.erbgood.com
