Passed away on September 8, 2022 at Greater Niagara General Hospital at the age of 67. Loving partner to Garry Barnatt. Cherished sister to Glen of Ottawa, Ontario and Ken of Fort Erie, Ontario. She is predeceased by her parents Alice Elizabeth and Harold. Charlene will be dearly missed by her niece Meghan and nephew Kevin. Donations in her memory may be made to Breast Cancer Research or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
