It is with immeasurable sadness that we announce the passing of our son, our brother, our uncle and our friend Bradley Hiebert on November 23, 2022 at the young age of 36. Bradley was born in Medicine Hat on May 23, 1986 to proud parents Brad and Valerie and became the adored baby brother to Jacqueline and Karri, completing their family.
Bradley grew up and attended school in Brooks. After finishing high school he went on to work in the family business of Brooks Taxi alongside his dad Brad, his mom Valerie and Grandpa George. He later set out in a different direction with Brad’s Courier and then with Precision Laboratory Services. His real passion in life was cars and trucks. He loved to work on his own vehicles in his spare time. He was a self-taught mechanic that enjoyed taking his vehicles apart, and occasionally he would even put them back together. Bradley loved all animals. From his cat Cookie when he was younger, to his favorite canine companion Ozzy, and most recently his dog Bron. He loved animals and cats and dogs were all drawn to his big heart. Bradley had a unique, dry sense of humor and was fiercely loyal to his friends and family. He was devoted to his Mom, especially the last few years as his Dad’s illness grew worse. He leaves a gaping hole in our family unit and his presence will be forever missed in our lives.
Bradley is survived and missed beyond measure by his mother and father Brad and Valerie, his sisters Karri Daoust (Matt) and Jacqueline Gartshore (Mark), his nieces and nephews Justin Daoust, Noah Gartshore, Elliot Gartshore, Abby Daoust, and Zach Daoust. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A Private Family Service will be held. In memory of Bradley, if friends desire, the family would respectfully request donations be made directly to B.A.P.S., Box 86, Brooks, Alberta T1R 1B2 in Bradley’s name.
Cremation is entrusted to and conducted at
Smith Funeral Home Ltd. and Crematorium, Brooks
