It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gordon Leslie Arndt on December 19, 2022 on his 88th birthday. Gordon is survived by his daughters, Judy (Reed) Schofield, Sheryl (Denis) Trepanier and Lorie Ferland. His precious grandchildren, Jenn (Schofield) and Paul Michaud, Brett Trepanier, Christina Schofield (Mike McDonald) and Colin Trepanier (Katrina O’Neill); great-grandchildren, Mikayla and Abigail Michaud. He is also survived by his sister Pat Roller, and sisters-in-law Jan Arndt and Gladys Arndt.
Gordon was predeceased by his wife Florence, parents, Fred & Emmeline, brothers, Dalles and Brian: son-in-law, Roger Ferland and brother-in-law, Harvey Roller.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Daystar Church 3610 C.W. Gaetz Rd, Leduc AB, with visitation one hour prior to service. Interment will follow at Crooked Lake Cemetery, north of Gwynne, AB.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Gordon’s name to the Alberta Diabetes Foundation or the Alzheimer’s Society of Alberta.
