God called Antonio peacefully with his loving family by his side on Saturday September 17, 2022 at the age of 85. Antonio was a devoted husband and a loving, caring father and grandfather. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Lina. Cherished by his dear children, Rosanna, Luciano and Marco. Proud Nonno to Gaetano and Vanessa. Survived by his siblings Yolanda (the late Salvatore), Francesco (the late Rosaria), and Maria (the late Francesco), and his dear sister in-law Maria and brother in-law Antonio (Daniela). Proud Zio to many nieces and nephews.
He is reunited in Heaven with his dear parents Emilio and Rosaria, beloved siblings, Giovanni, Mena (the late Salvatore), Gilda (the late Giuseppe) and Carmine (the late Yolanda). He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Maple Chapel (211 McNaughton Road East 905-303-0770) on Tuesday, September 20th, 2022, from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
The Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, September 21st, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. at St. David’s Roman Catholic Church (2601 Major Mackenzie Drive, east of Jane Street). Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (8361 Yonge Street, Thornhill).
