Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on November 5, 2022 at 12 years of age. Loving son of Kim Doan and Chau Pham. Beloved brother of Rachel Pham. Adam will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles and cousins in Vietnam and Canada.
Adam was a grade 8 student at the Ronald MacDonald House Toronto Private School and previously attended Central School in South Windsor. He loved Roblox, Minecraft, X-Plane, Geometry Dash and YouTube. Adam loved playing online games with his friends and enjoyed creating videos and skits with his sister Rachel.
If you so desire, donations to SickKids Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
Visitation Monday November 7, 2022 from 6 – 9 pm at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor. Visitation will resume on Tuesday November 8, 2022 from 9 am until the time of the Funeral Service at 11 am. Procession to Windsor Memorial Gardens to follow.
