YOUNG, Ruth Anne
August 12, 1931 — November 19, 2021
Ruth passed away November 19, 2021, at the age of 90, in Kelowna, BC.
From the minute we are born to the moment we take our last breath, there is that little time in between it all that we call life.
Ruth certainly made the most of every minute of every day of every week of every month. She has left a lasting memory on so many people with her acute sense of humour and feisty demeanour. She even managed to have a wine named after her, Ruthless Rosé. She has had many careers and travelled the world which made her the beautiful lady she was.
Ruth leaves behind her daughter Kathy Clarkson and son-in-law Elliot; her daughter Aaron Pinkney and son-in-law Ron; her son Robert Young and daughter-in-law Denise; as well as her 10 grandchildren: Sharon, Joley, Barbara, Timika, Christopher, Michael, Jacob, Ryan, Joseph, and Rachel; plus 6 great-grandchildren. She now joins her husband Bob Young, who she has sorely missed for decades. However, she’s not gone forever, she is just in the next room.
A service will be held at a later date at Camelot Vineyards.
