BLACK; William “Bill” James ~ Peacefully on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at the Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg at the age of 89. Bill was the beloved husband of the late Oris L. Black (nee Grant). Loving father of Cathy Toms (Fred). Loved grandfather of Andrew Toms (Nicole Turcotte) and Katelyn Adams (Josh) and great grandfather of Dawson Toms. Dear brother of the late Jack and the late Betty Hilliard. Bill will be remembered by Jim and Carol Hickerson.
