Victor Gordon Shaw
1935-2021
The death occurred at Prince County Hospital, on Monday, June
21, 2021, in the presence of his family, of Victor Gordon Shaw, of
Summerside, aged 86 , beloved husband of the late Shirley (Gallant).
Victor was born in O’Leary on June 13, 1935, son of the late
George and Pearl (Cooke) Shaw.
Cherished dad to Malcolm (Nora), Summerside; Vickie (J.P.)
Sharp, Alexandria, ON; Michael (Beth) Halifax; Carl Lynch,
Charlottetown; father in law to Laura Shaw, Edmonton, AB. Loving
grampy to Jillian Wood, Kensington; Nathan (Stephanie) Sharp, Toronto,
ON; Cameron, Heather and Nicole Sharp, Ontario; Nick (Kayla), Lindsey
and Spencer Lynch, all of Charlottetown; and his great grandchildren:
Lexi, Rhys, Mya, Ben, Owen, Emma and Ellianna.

brother to Eva Ellis, Charlottetown, Adele (Harold) Moore,
Charlottetown, brother in law to Dorothy Shaw, Cape Wolfe; Dorothy
Peters, Cape Breton and Alyne Gallant, Ottawa, ON.
Victor was predeceased by his parents, wife Shirley (Sept.
24, 2020), son Darrell (March 3, 2021), brothers Leigh, Lloyd, Sam,
Ivan and Robert.
Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel,
O’Leary. Due to Covid restrictions, visiting hours and
funeral for invited guests on Saturday in the Chapel. Interment will
follow in Mount Royal, People’s Cemetery.
