Loving Great-Grandmother to Sawyer and Asher. Dear Daughter of Angelo and Aldemira (Pezzolesi) Borgogelli, both predeceased. Dear Sister of Delmo Borgogelli predeceased (wife Irene). Dear Sister-in-law of Ezio (wife Luigina predeceased) and Maria Bertozzi (Gaetano) both predeceased. Special Aunt to her nieces and nephews.
Velia treasured the time spent with family and friends. She took pride in making traditional Italian meals and baked goods for family get-togethers. She enjoyed her work life at the Sudbury General Hospital. Completing jigsaw puzzles and knitting were her favourite pastimes.
